In the event of a conflict, the signed project agreement overrides these Terms.

5. Payments

7. Scheduling and Delays

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

CRG will make reasonable efforts to communicate any delays.

8. Permits and Compliance

  • CRG will obtain necessary permits unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
  • The client agrees to provide access and cooperation required for permitting and inspections.

9. Warranties

Any warranties provided will be outlined in the project agreement and may include:

  • Manufacturer warranties on materials
  • Workmanship warranties provided by CRG

CRG does not guarantee outcomes beyond the stated warranties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • CRG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered

11. Property Access and Site Conditions

The client agrees to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the property
  • Remove or protect personal property near the work area

CRG is not responsible for damage to items not properly secured or disclosed.

12. Communication Consent (Calls, Texts, Emails)

By submitting your information through our website or forms, you agree that CRG may contact you via:

  • Email communications
